With Free Comic Day still a few months off, Top Cow comics has come up with a promotion they're calling, Let Us Win You Over.
Top Cow is sending 200 free comic books to 25 comic book stores a month. Each month it will be a different comic book shop, and each month it will be a different comic book.
Now if you don't know comic books, keep in mind that not all of them are for little kids--for example, this month's free title, "Darkness," is a fairly violent comic about supernatural mobsters.
But for those who are already into comics, Top Cow wants to let you give their books a whirl--I say go ahead and let them. Call your local comic shop and see if they're participating.
